Cancellation requests must be made via the official booking platform or through Go Koraput’s authorized communication channels.
Each package clearly specifies whether it is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.
2. Refund Timelines
Refunds will be initiated within 72 business hours of cancellation confirmation.
Funds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Bookings marked non-refundable are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
No refunds for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, unused services, or late arrivals.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed if specified in the package details.
Additional charges may apply depending on availability and seasonal pricing.
5. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or unforeseen government restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will be offered as per company discretion.
