  • Each package clearly specifies whether it is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.
2. Refund Timelines
  • Refunds will be initiated within 72 business hours of cancellation confirmation.
  • Funds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
  • Bookings marked non-refundable are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • No refunds for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, unused services, or late arrivals.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling is allowed if specified in the package details.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on availability and seasonal pricing.
5. Force Majeure
  • In case of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or unforeseen government restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will be offered as per company discretion.
