1. General Use of the Website

• Access to this website is intended for lawful purposes only. Any attempt to misuse, hack, or interfere with the website’s operation is prohibited.
• Content, packages, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Go Koraput and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to confirmation upon receipt of payment.
• Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and may include or exclude applicable taxes, as mentioned in the package details.
• Payment must be made through approved online payment gateways, UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete payment.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must follow the specific policy outlined in the package.
• Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refundable or partially refundable bookings will be processed as per the conditions stated in the package.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated within 72 business hours of cancellation/return acceptance and credited to the original payment method within 7 working days, subject to banking guidelines.
• No refunds for no-shows, unused services, or late arrivals.

4. Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Standard check-in and check-out times are mentioned in the booking confirmation.
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests must present a valid Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in, as per hospitality laws in India.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests must follow all property rules, including safety, hygiene, and eco-friendly guidelines.
• Use of alcohol, narcotics, or prohibited substances is not permitted unless specified in the package.
• Any damage caused to property, equipment, or facilities by guests will be chargeable.
• Misbehavior, harassment, or unlawful conduct may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

6. Adventure & Activity Disclaimer

• Participation in adventure activities such as trekking, paragliding, camping, and cultural programs is at the guest’s own risk.
• Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our team or activity partners.
• Go Koraput will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from negligence, natural hazards, or non-compliance with guidelines.

7. Liability Limitation

• Go Koraput is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
• While we ensure quality services, we are not liable for third-party service disruptions such as transport, network issues, or payment gateway delays.

8. Modification of Terms

• Go Koraput reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
